Spacer Profiles

Unilake laser welded spacers, TEK METAL PROFIL's spacer profiles are HF (Hight-Frequency Induction) walded.

To ensure the front face being clean, bright, unblemished, and perfect the profiles are welded on the back.

The front face is reeded and double perforated. The profiles are produced in different widths ranging from 5,5 mm to 20 mm, all equal in height. Profiles are available in standart, bendable and butyled versions.

. To make work more convenient to insulating glass producers product is butyled on both sides and covered with a special isolating paper.

. Upon removal of the isolating paper the adherance property of butyl to glass is of maximum degree.
